Myers Briggs Model

A cognitive assessment of how a person organizes and engages their world. We’ll help you discover how you see, learn, make decisions, and order your world. This model can be administered with teams or individuals. We have found this tool especially useful in teams, resulting in a deeper appreciation for one another.

The DiSC Model

This assessment measures your personality and behavioral styles with the goal to improve work productivity and communications. In this system, there are many different modes to choose from including personal growth, workplace effectiveness, and addressing conflict. We’ll identify your type and how it impacts your world.

The Five Behaviors

You will learn how five interconnected behaviors build on each other to help individuals become more effective on their teams. It helps teams understand each other and identify areas of growth. These tools are taken directly from Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
